UPDATE: Derek Chauvin, the police officer who was previously charged with third degree murder, with the death of George Floyd, is now facing a higher charge of second degree murder – according to Minnesota Senator Amy Klobuchar.

The remaining officers involved in the death of George Floyd, Tou Thao, Thomas Lane & J Alexander Kueng are now facing charges. An announcement will be done via live stream and will be viewable below.
