KYGO “STOLE THE SHOW” DOCUMENTARY & SOPHOMORE ALBUM DETAILS

Kygo has announced that he will be releasing “Stole The Show”, a documentary that follows his journey to stardom. The film will be released on July 26 via Apple Music.

The documentary features testimonials from his manager, Myles Shear, and DJ friends Steve Aoki, Martin Garrix, and Bono, the documentary sheds light on the inside life of the world renown Norwegian artist and how his original sound broke streaming records, and made him the biggest artist of 2015/2016.

“Stole the Show” also shows Kygo selling out shows worldwide and tells the story of what life is like in the music industry. The trailer ends on a quote from Garrix, stating, “He’s so much bigger than EDM. He’s Kygo” while press materials for the doc revealed that fans can expect Kygo’s sophomore album to be out later this year. No official title or date has been set, but we’ve already heard “It Ain’t Me” featuring Selena Gomez, and “First Time” featuring Ellie Goulding that released this year. At this point we’ll just have to keep our eyes and ears open to find out what’s to come from the Trop House king.
