COMMON HOSTS FREE CONCERT IN SACRAMENTO ADVOCATING CRIMINAL JUSTICE REFORM
Common announced that he will be hosting a free concert in Sacramento to advocate for criminal justice reform on Monday, August 21st. The Imagine Justice concert will feature appearances from J.Cole, Van Jones, Goapele, Los Rakas, Syncopated Ladies and more.
Common stated, “As an artist, I believe it is my duty to fight injustice wherever it appears and take a stand for my fellow brothers and sisters. I believe it is my responsibility to use my platform to amplify the courageous voices of the movement and support the most marginalized members of our society.”
With this being a free concert, tickets have sold out, but they are urging those who were able to RSVP please arrive early as it is first come first serve.
