As Lil Wayne fans eagerly await the release of “The Carter V”, they’ll have to make due with these select tracks he just dropped this week. In an instagram post, Wayne states, “Im STILL trying to fight for my Independence but today Im saying Fuk it and giving all my fans some new music! Thanks for being there and patiently waiting while I endure this fight.” It’s assumed he’s still bound by his former label, Cash Money, which could be the reason “The Carter V” has yet to break out.
